Havering-atte-Bower Conservation Society (HABCOS) has staged Horseman Sunday for many years with a minimum of administration and at no cost to horse owners taking part.  Sadly, our public liability insurance policy for the event is now very expensive and has very strict conditions.  We must now ask all participants to complete this application form and comply with its conditions. When you submit this form, it will be emailed to the person organising this event.  

Once the form has been received and the insurance details checked it will be acknowledged by email.  You will need to bring a printed copy of the acknowledgement email with you to be allowed into the event.  Thank you for your understanding.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOUR HORSE BE ALLOWED ON THE VILLAGE GREEN WITHOUT PROOF OF INSURANCE.

Payment of the £5 entrance fee must be sent via bank transfer at least 3 days prior to the event (24th September 2026). 

Details for paying by bank transfer will be provided in your acknowledgement email.  This will be sent once your insurance details have been checked.
